Fontaine Research Park
This 54-acre site near the University of Virginia was developed as a mixed-use project of medical and university offices, retail and support uses for the University of Virginia Real Estate Foundation. The building sites are structured along a loop road and front on a central green reminiscent of the Lawn at the main campus of the University.

National Ground Intelligence Center
The Federal Government's new National Ground Intelligence Center is designed to respect the complex programmatic needs of the facility and respond to the 29-acre property in an environmentally sensitive manner. McKee Carson provided developed the entire site package for the new, high-tech center.

UVA Long Term Acute Care Hospital
Early in 2007, The University of Virginia Health Services Foundation set out to build a Long Term Acute Care Hospital on Route 250 West. The site, a prominent location along this Albemarle County Entrance Corridor, presented several constraints but offered an opportunity to the Foundation to cluster unique medical services off-grounds and relieving congested facilities.
